the fact the devs (or whoever) rectum derived void elves for the alliance instead of just giving us high elves (of the silver covenant), as many folks have been asking for, is mind boggling … i mean, there were literally high elves on alliance warships in BFA in the warfront 
talk about being spiteful towards the alliance. u cant make this stuff up… lmao

Anyways, the problem with Void Elf Paladins is that the Light and void don’t mix. Look what Alleria did to the sunwell when she touched it. Crazy void stuff.

I’ll admit a Void Paladin would be pretty cool, the abilities of a Paladin with a touch of Shadow aesthetic. Now I know what people will say, “JUST GO PLAY A DEATH KNIGHT IDIOT!” and you’re probably right but I dunno, Shadow Priest darkness and Death Knight Darkness just seems a bit different is all.
Now I don’t see it ever happening. For one what would the Void elf Paladin Mount be? Two, it’d be a lot of work just to replace all the spell effects with shadow theme.
Actually there are Holy wielding undead, their numbers are rather few and it’s more like dipping their hands in fire but for these few sometimes that’s what you gotta do. One such example I can think of is Alonsus Faol. The Priest order hall guy.

and we still have less options than nelfs, belfs, dwarves, humans, orcs and dracthyr. in fact it makes no sense that velfs are begrudged anything by races who have twice as much. soon dracthyr will be complaining when/if blizz gives velfs any new customizations. wont that be funny. nightborne are close to surpassing us also, though their shoulder gear is still subpar and their handglow is low quality.

They are all core races and you are legit playing the wannabe Blood Elf race that has pirated most of our customization options, if you want core race customization options play a core race.

Void Elves get to retain our own visual uniqueness which the core parent race Blood Elves can’t.
Void Elves got the visual theme to be non void regular looking High Elves.
Void Elves got the Dark Ranger undead options.
The tentacle toggle on hair styles HE fans wanted.
The only race to be in every custom pass. Smh but apparently got nothing according to the same people enjoying what they wanted because they got what they wanted but now realize what it came at the cost of. But still somehow more than everyone else and failing to realize it.

Sure, let’s compare void elves to the other 3 Legion Allied races, since those are the ones theoretically in the same boat.
How do void elves stack up for number of customization options against them?
…But really, my take home message here is that more customization for every race is needed. As a chronic altitist sufferer, I’m not quite as passionate about classes. I play all the species, so it doesn’t deeply hurt my feelings not to have blood elf shamans or whatever. But I do love to see new cool characters!
