I was for a couple chars but then I went horde
Went Void Elf and really can’t go back…
The 50% gold off transmog racial has saved me from bankruptcy, and the Spatial Rift racial is so so good in PvP if you use it correctly. It’s amazing for juking people in capture the flag maps (WSG)
I tried to do the Warsong Gulch Brawl where there’s three flags on a non-Void Elf char and I literally felt like someone had cut my legs off.

Once I finalized my control lay-out, I am gonna play a void elf death knight again from scratch to test it…
That ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE A VE, unlike those other fakers.

I’ve heard Spatial Rift is pretty neat on Death Knights too for suprise-gap closing & mobility in general.
I’ve also seen a DK pop Spatial Rift, run away, death grip the person killing them, and then popping Spatial Rift again to teleport away which was pretty cheeky lol, gave him enough time to hop on his dragon and speed away in Warmode.
oh yeah, it is pretty good for them. I used to have a DK main before I swapped to horde to get horde goodies thinking I’m only gonna play pally in sl.
Also the animations for pole-arms looks great on them, so if you gotten a scythe looking one, you could act like your a grim reaper (you could do the same with BE obviously, but without the blue skin)

can they play paladin? if not, no.
I would be maining velf… If they could be druids. Currently maining a resto druid right now and have been enjoying it more than hunter.
I don’t consider a race to be so important as something I am maining personally. It’s nothing but a visual skin/look really so I have tons of different races.
