On the character creation and character intro screen, it appears the void elves should have a crystaline-type cat pet. Once you log in, the pet is a warpstalker.
Now that I know this, I have blue-screened IRL. Can we bump this post up on the priority list?

QA doesn’t have any affect on priorities. So bumping here will change nothing.
The good news is that you can Chromie Time to Legion, go to Argus, and tame the relevant pet to make it happen. I recommend taming the world rare Sabuul; Petopia says it’s a normal tame, rather than a challenge tame (so no extra steps) and it retains its void glow after taming.
