I love Void Elves. I love Demon Hunters. I think this new Devourer spec is looking great. There’s just one problem… the Fel green eyes. They make sense for a Havoc or Vengeance DH, true. But a Devourer Demon Hunter should have purple/blue eyes when you select that spec. Or maybe VE DHs specifically get that eye color. Because the Metamorphosis transformation has the Void eyes. There’s still time to fix this Blizzard!

Quite a lot changed about the class cosmetically from the initial Legion teaser at Gamescom and even the Alpha. I’m hoping this will be the case here, but I guess it doesn’t really bother me too much.

Death Knights have been begging for more eye colors to match their other specs since Wrath.
I wouldn’t get my hopes up.

I would love more customization options, but sadly:
Devourer Demon Hunters will still be DHs and ate the demon’s heart to claw out their eyes and receive their powers. Some void enhancements probably won’t change Blizzard’s stance on the matter because:
There is even a Death Knight class trainer in Acherus with red eyes but Blizzard has never budged.

Well THIS is awkward. The Devourer Demon Hunter art on the talent page has Void eyes…
Yeah, and so does Blood DK’s, showing red eyes, but… still blue eyes. Awkward indeed.
My guess is they’ll most likely add some new DH options to go with the void, like void themed eyes and skin etc
I’m personally hoping they don’t. At least not yet.
There’s a hero class that came before that deserves it more with significantly more distinctive color-coding as a theme of the class.
