You can role play whatever you want, that’s what the dev said. It’s not ‘meant to represent a sub race’.
RP a high elf however you choose but Void Elves are corrupted. period.
By pushing for more when core races are lacking, that is effectively what you’re doing, advocating for the continued attention to go your way. You can try to make it nice and decorate it with thinly veiled “we can both ask for things we can all win” just like people try to be “pro sharing assets” then turn around and guard Farstrider tattoos, but in reality your competing for time and attention after already getting better customizations.
I say this without caring to go into a whole thing, but a great many people on and off the forums display behavior I find questionable and outright shocking. And people do take note, and yes it at some point becomes associated with one group, especially when it just like with people who argue in bad faith is overlooked because “well they like High Elves”.
I would argue that they do, otherwise Blizzard would have included other things. They gave both groups High Elf customizations within the abilities of each group to the best of their abilities - as in Blood Elves are High Elves, and Void Elves can now have a tool to utilize to be High Elf Wayfarers, nowhere does that entitle people to more avenues to have the full picture that is Blood Elves main theme.
This is extremely disingenuous, Void Elves are not a human skin toned race, to give them non Void skin tones is to give them a second theme, to not do decent work on Blood Elves during the core race customizations they took the time to give Void Elves a second theme that is not fair sharing, Blood Elves were effectively robbed not compensated.
I had no problems with the HE request, until I do. And where I have issues is you can see Blood Elf players were shafted and you continue to feel entitled to more of our main theme, to compete for dev time from core races and other more in need AR’s, to push in front of Void Elf fans who deserve customizations in line with what the races main theme is, not only are you trying to continue chipping away at Blood Elves main theme as if you’re entitled to it on the level of it being your main theme which it is not, you are also side lining VE fans from what is the main theme for their race.
Lots of people don’t agree with the fact they were singled out and granted customizations during a time for core races, which elevates them above the core race they parallel. I agree, I don’t think they should be singled out, though two different sides of the coin for that phrase I guess.
I disagree with their assessment of you, but I also think you would be on decent footing with her had you not in the other thread brought up things that seemed to be quite some time ago.

It was a quotable thing for the situation I found myself in, and she clarified that what she meant by that was that she hoped neither yours or her own time be wasted, and that is admirable, to value your time.
As to the reason why I questioned you on liking shady comments, was because you were also not calling things out on the grounds of “I don’t have time” well you seemed to have time to like shady comments so you’re obviously seeing what’s going on, and you have made time to call out antis and antis only as to why I questioned what you were doing wasn’t matching what you were saying.
They do is my stance as Blizzard has now intended, and I would say they aren’t entitled to the full theme of Blood Elves, as Blood Elves are High Elves. There was always going to be some compromise, had it been an AR a model change, it wasn’t- so here we are.
I have no issue with it, or yourself.
When I see the anti BE sentiment from a lot of HE fans, plain pettiness or spitefulness towards Blood Elves, disingenuously hyping up the jewelry as they talk about how much they love it on their alts, not understanding why Blood Elf fans feel shafted, feeling entitled to the skin tones but thinking it is a “mistake” to give BE’s blue eyes, so in other words they wanted something for nothing in return despite blue eyes being minuscule compensation at that, I do very much so when looking at HE fans requests to continue to push through more see that as a threat to Blood Elf players and fans who deserve as a core race and with other core races better customizations, the only difference here is no other race has a main theme to lose so someone else can have two.

I get it, and yeah like calling people “guys” when they’re girls or saying, “gurls” when referring to guys and girls. That’s what you mean, but most people have gendered pronouns they prefer. I respect your fluidity, but remember most of us aren’t gender fluid. We are male or female. We live in a binary society and that can be difficult when you cant fit into these narrow boxes. I think people also need to move past these boxes and boring sexual orientations. As a famous gurl once said, “We are all just organic bodies with needs.” All that prevents us from expressing these complex and often repressed desires is religion, culture and language. I say, “Live and let live. I don’t care just respect me and I’ll respect you. Life is too short to be so repressed and close minded.”

I want the blonde and white hair like you have. You just don’t want the alliance to have an original skinned elven race of their wc2 identity. So i will not put on a helmet. EVER.

Can you just be patient, they are getting an Allied Race pass later on after Shadowlands launches and are pretty much guaranteed to get new hair colors.
If you wanna leave feedback try to do it in a more constructive way, and it will be received better.

Like what or how? Been asking for our core race since the beginning of wow began many years ago now. The Silver Covenant are one of if not tied for second or third largest alliance army and we get void elves with no blonder or whiter hair color? Cannot be patient after these years and asking for what we deserve.
Technically not an alliance army. They are Dalaran, which is currently neutral.
Also I’d like to see your source on its general numbers.
What’s another day? A month? You’ve waited this long and for what? To blow things out of proportion and feed into the belief that Helf pros are insane entitled dingbats?

Just give us the hair colors. We are not asking to be called high elves anymore or that allied race. But give the hair colors and the request i think will go away as alot of people will be satisfied. That is what i wanted to say.
