Void Elf Customizations?

Doesn’t matter? It’s still customization options, doesn’t matter if they are on the same faction or not. Similar to mag’har not having some of the orc options or tauren not having high mountain stuff. Like headdresses, flower, nose ring, necklace etc.

They just haven’t done much for AR’s in general. come 9.1 or so, I expect to see Short ear options for Void elves, more hair colors, more void scars on them, etc. Things to make them more unique from the belfs.

If you look at it from people that don’t care for void elves, All the alliance got was a scuffed half done version of blood elves with VERY limited options that have 0 effort done to them besides hair meanwhile the counterpart the hordes got was a re-rigged night elf that needs more work done to them including new faces but moderately different.

If they fix their animations a bit and give them new face options, night borne will be a great option easily.

Not they weren’t, in lore they were backstabbed and chased out of Alliance by part of the Alliance, facts count.

Except, it does.

Same faction, it doesn’t matter. Cross faction, it does matter. Common sense.

Imagine how nightborn players feel. A race that looks nothing like the actual race with even less options…

For real this makes me angry every time I think about it, more so given we got a botched version of the Night Elf model not even the actual Night Elf model copied like they did with Void Elf from Blood Elf and the customization was always way more for Void Elves vs Nightborne and it just got worse with the new customizations stolen from Blood Elves and given to Void Elves in the prepatch.

technically, they were hurt way worse from the horde over all. Orcs and trolls attacked them as well. Also, the Amani are part of the horde since they are under the zandalari. Garithos just told them to go to a place that needed recon but in a way sent them to their death. He was a bitter man who lost his entire family and house because they defended the elves and it was mere days/months after it happened. It wasn’t ALL of the alliance.

how? because they will get options, same as all the other AR here soon. That’s all I mean. I feel like you aren’t reading too well, also judging from your previous messages.

less options but entirely unique options and unique lore with a nice city lore wise , arcane tattoo’s etc. They don’t need to look like the actual race, they have most things going for them. give them new faces and options in 9.1 and they are clearly better all around in terms of effort and uniqueness. I fail to see your point. Unique race and effort done to them > scuffed half done effort for a race.

And yet Horde took them in when Alliance had backstabbed them and persecuted them and so here we are the Blood Elves/ the High Elves as a Horde race not an Alliance race.

Alliance at one point didn’t want them after TBC because they were afraid of them and their lust for fel energies and didn’t know if they could help them, as well as aligning with illidan etc. Which now is kind’ve a moot point? considering we align with him as even alliance. They weren’t backstabbed, they were just rejected and spied on due to being untrustworthy and selfish while also highly prideful and egotistical, that’s how elves are. Alleria wanted to help out her former people since she was once an elf and she was the ONLY one land wise who was able to do so considering how much further it was for alliance to help. also since high elves CONSTANTLY were trying to not help out in the wars, like the second war, it wasn’t until they were getting MASSACRE’D by orcs AND trolls before they wanted help from the alliance humans then wanted to leave because we didn’t purge all the orcs and trolls to extinction iirc? Then they wanted more help in the next war but all the humans were wiped out by the undead.

I don’t know about you, but I’d rather just try to regain alliance’s and humans trust for abandoning them and just wanting to be secluded than siding with people who have literally killed tons of your people for thousands of years and even more once orcs invaded.

On top of all of that, Velen and M’uru are the ones that purified the sunwell of Fel corruption so they helped save their people.

for convenient lore reasons, blizzard wanted to give elves to the horde since they wanted the obvious race that would be the most popular. no other reason than that. Imagine if alliance was given blood elves in TBC and they got seal of corruption for paladins and the nice race? Horde would most likely be the under played faction right now.

This is an opinion and an assumption without any means of actually proving it, however the bottom line is we got the Blood Elves/High Elves on the Horde side and that’s why we have and get all of the High Elven options if you or anyone else want those options play with play the proper faction.

They didn’t want the alliance after they were kicked out of their homeland, told they couldn’t practice magic, forced into wars they didn’t want to be in, and were executed and tortured… :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

This one has to be a joke. I thought only this human hunter I know could lack this much self awareness.

It’s always been its foundation. You came into this game knowing of this foundation, but suddenly, after at least over 10 years (hello, fellow wotlk baby), you don’t like that foundation you always knew well it’s there.

I hear Final Fantasy doesn’t have factions, might be more comfy over there.

Wait, so Mister ‘They Lusted for Fel in BC’ didn’t play in BC?

I’m assuming you’re talking about the other orc. According to the achievements? Nope, he’s a WotLK baby like me.

But hey, even as someone who started in WotLK, I still die a little in the inside when I see that said.

Ew, gross.

I never knew this about you but it doesn’t change that I still like you dearie, plus at least you aren’t one of those cata or mists people where you think you should just be handed everything because you want it so that gets a plus from me.

Why is suddenly being a wotlk baby a bad thing again? It’s been almost 12 years and I got into the lore enough to give whole speeches (which I do, sometimes…).

To be honest I never have understood it myself, I played in vanilla WoW towards the end and mainly in BC but everyone else seems to have the hate for anyone that started after those two, I don’t care as long as someone isn’t the gimme gimme type. Lol.

It allows me to feel a sense of power.
