i know Void elf is already bad racials for BM, however the “damage” racial seems to not work at all on PL BM at the moment. i did a delve and it added exaclty 0 damage the whole time. I did see the effect proc multiple times.
even went though a few fights and the uptime was nearly 50% which is high, but it added no shadowfrost damage in the combat log.
Pretty sure with the last racial buff, the Void Elf proc now buffs your damage instead of doing its own iteration of damage, but I’m not 100% sure how it’s supposed to work with the way it’s worded.
While the Damage buff might not apply to pets, the Void Elf racial teleport in PvP I would rate as one of the strongest in the game. Though I’m sure you’re speaking towards PvE, even in PvE I wouldn’t undervalue the teleport. It allows you to bypass some mechanics and damage altogether. I’ve messed around with it a bit in this regard.
Mobility is always good for everyone.
