That’s great. I’ve already rerolled on Fairbanks anyway. I’m just offering some suggestions, rather than complaining about an obvious thing that was going to happen when it happens, that people had been making known for literally months…
He could do something.
Blizzard allowed Ally Stalagg to transfer at first, which made the situation even worse… The game is literally unplayable. Even raid logging, it takes me an hour to get anywhere. Not to mention, all FP masters are dead so I have to buy a summon to IF.
Can you explain precisely what you thought PVP meant?
I’ve played on PvP servers since Vanilla… It has never ever even come close to the imbalance on Stalagg right now. Every FP camped. Horde lined up from TP to BRM waiting for people to rez. Full raids patrolling EPL/WPL/Winterspring. How is this fun? How is it fun for either side?

Is there anything up until now that would make someone believe that WoW Classic is a 1:1 exact replica of the world and playerbase and environment outside of the game that was Vanilla?
I never said Classic was a 1:1 exact replica… I’m saying PvP servers were never this unbalanced, and never this un-fun. The discrepancy between Horde and Alliance is staggering, and there’s nothing that Blizzard is going to do to rectify it. We’re just stuck, and outside of re-rolling we have no option to play the game.

You’re probably right, for the dominant faction, if they are faced with a ton of people who wanted PVE servers that disingenuously rolled on PVP servers with NO INTENTION to PVP, who will give up without any fight… that would suck.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, party up, go farm honor. If your numbers are lacking, recruit, recruit, recruit! Help build your armies…
You can even work with other guilds to help build your servers.\

btw, that did not seem the be the sense I got from talking with the Alliance on Stalagg who were fighting back against the Horde, yesterday. They seemed to be quite hopeful that they were better guilds, and are starting to organize and fight back. Maybe reach out to them, and be part of the battle!

Recruit recruit recruit? We’ve had raids to combat BRM, we’re out numbered at least 3 to 1. It is demoralizing, and Alliance feels defeated to the point they log on to raid and even at that, it’s a 30min to an hour death run to the instance.
What I’m trying to say is the numbers don’t lie, it doesn’t matter if we “recruit”, there are literally not enough Alliance to cause a dent in the faction imbalance. I agree there is unlimited Honor for Alliance currently, the problem is, it’s unobtainable.

This is an incredibly weak argument. What precisely about what I’m saying is troll (other than obviously the race of my hunter)?

So, I’ve just rerolled, and am only level 13 so far, but no I am not kidding. I’m excited to be a part of the Alliance on a Horde dominant server.
Queues + transfers.
It’s not an easy choice but that’s what we have.
I think people will quit Classic over this situation, either way. What gets old is all the Horde yelling at them on the way out, when people aren’t quitting because of them, per se, but of the mechanics.
I’d like to see free Faction transfers from Horde -> Ally… Until at least there’s a 45/55 split… I’m sure some Horde would love to come over to Ally and kill their friends and even the playing field.
That would really negate the benefit of rerolling from scratch now to enjoy the larger numbers of honor to farm…
