I’ve checked this on several toons now and it was an issue on the PTR.
On Evoker Dracthyr voice lines are audible. But on Race Changed Dracthyr or Dracthyr who are new but aren’t Evoker, their voice lines do not play.
Please fix this. Thanks

Was just about to make a post about this.
My drac is a rogue and there are absolutely no voicelines.
No “I’m out of energy.”
No “I can’t attack that target.”
No “I need a target.”
Even the basic emotes. Utter silence is very off putting.

Oh I haven’t noticed no warning lines either. I’ll check to see if that’s also happening!
I race changed a mage to Draco and I too have lost Voice Emotes.

I was doing more testing and when I am in Visage form, the voice emotes do work. Though some of them seem to be defaulting to the Blood Elf voices, like ‘cheer’. Hello and thankyou seems to be the Dracthyr voice.
