If you get voice error 2 (which seems to be pretty common in my guild after the most recent patch), you can most likely fix it by pressing the scan and repair button in the options menu in the battle.net application and waiting for your game to repair.
I’m only posting this because it took a tremendous amount of searching the forums over a long period of time for me to find the answer (and nothing had the voice error 2 code mentioned).
