I wanted to highlight some of the voice acting that I really enjoy.
Dagran - Obviously top tier. Can’t go wrong with a hot accent. The voice actor does very well at keeping it subtle but well acted.
Brinthe - Love her. Somewhere between a monotonous robot and a sassy aunt.
Izo - Over the top but in a good way. Really like her cadence.
Sikran - Enunciation at it’s finest. great stuff. “Blood-eh”
Skitter - Cute kobold talk, I’m on board.
Dagran is like that boy in the neighborhood whom is such a good boy everyone adopts in a way, and his VA is what makes him so lovable
Yeah they nailed it. It’s exactly how I imagined their voices ever since I saw all those little kobolds in elwynn shout, “You no take candle!”
Faerin is like nails on a chalkboard for me
I like the voice acting of the PC best.
Wait…
“Be goooone!” in the most bored voice ever is definitely a highlight.
My favorites so far though have all been the VAs in the Theater Troupe event. I love how all of the lines are read so awkwardly, even by the holograms. 
I also like how Xal’atath’s laugh at the start of an M+ run has one or two "ha"s too many.
1000% agree with Izo’s bored “be gone”.
Totally forgot about the theater troupe. Takes skill to sound like an amateur actor.
Actually, thinking about it some more, I think a lot of the nerubian VAs also did a pretty great job. Maybe the effects added to most of their voices help sell it for me.
