It would technically nerf them but in reality it would buff them. I can’t tell you how many times someone has been almost dead with no cds up and healer comes out of poly and press vitality and there is nothing you can do. Making it a longer cd would buff disc comps.
Not to mention disc uses dark+crucible of flames against rot comps most of the time. Best example of this is mlx
Also it’d be a heavy nerf to mw who just rotate cocoon and vitality every other cc chain.
