Strange visions are calling to the heroes of Azeroth. Players who have reached level 70 and have completed the final chapter of the Dragonflight questline will be called to take their next steps into the story leading into The War Within with the first part of the “Visions of Azeroth” questline.
does anyone know what quest they are talking about?
Likely the quest that will force itself upon you the moment you log into the game in the form of a talking head dialogue.
You can also pick it up in legion dal once it starts

Visions of Azeroth is a questline follow up to the one we did with Khadgar/Alleria not long ago.
Radiant Echoes is the prelaunch event.
@Denathus: did you do the questline with Khadgar and Alleria?
yes i have done that questline
Then you should be fine, since Visions is the next chapter of that.
Hope it’s an npc that follows you around everywhere until you accept the quest 
Level 70 and or lower can also do the event.
They aren’t asking about the event.
