So ive been rocking my vision of ending growth legendary for a whole day and did mythic world and and rocked hella bg’s all through the night… the 2.5 % jump is not strong enough simply put. By the time the rejuvs proc ive already had to put a new rejuv on another target, half the time when it does proc its on some one whos nearly full hp. if it got a bit of a boost it would be great. i have nearly 18% haste unbuffed and still feels kinda weak or procs just not good
Its fine you just aren’t using it in any settings that make sense. Why would you expect it to be any good in a dungeon?
