Not sure if this happened to anyone else but when I finished Fracture Chambers I did not receive Vision of Unending Growth. I thought it was 100% drop chance ? Is this something that has to be farmed ? I did it 2 times so far and I have a ticket open to find out if not getting it is a bug or design?

I also got two legendaries for both level 3 wings. Odd, hopefully that can be resolved for you. I hate to be this guy but are you positive it was later 3? The glow is somewhat feint. Not insulting you, I just don’t know how else that would happen.

side note: is this leggo even that good? i made it and i’m kinda regretting it because it seems to be such a low proc rate…i swear it instant procs the start of a fight and barely ever afterwards…thoughts?
Well for one its a raid legendary so you arent even using it appropriately.
I’m balance so I don’t know man. Don’t even recall what the leggo does. I’m waiting until Tuesday for my appropriate legendary.
Legendary Helmet: Rejuvenation healing has a 2.5% chance to create a new Rejuvenation on a nearby target.
If it’s for raids, well i’m looking at having to replace it with a dungeon leggo like maybe the 2 life bloom targets one.
You can use it in 5 mans too, but it’ll really shine in Raids where you’ve got multiple Rejuvs out and 100% uptime on it giving that 2.5% chance a lot more opportunities to proc.
The double Lifebloom would be my personal go to
