Hey there’s a quest in the westfall area called “A Vision of the Past” that seems to be bugged. You’re supposed to go into a mine and click an icon on the quest log that takes you to the ‘spirit world,’ however, the button doesn’t work.
Another player was there, having the exact same issue.
If I remember correctly, you actually have to enter the Deadmines instance for the item to work. Were you inside the instance when you tried to use the item?
same bug is happening to me. it clearly says ive entered the mines and yet the button is clicked and it says i have to be in the dreadmines. infuriating…second character this has happened on…videos show a portal…looks like an old version of the game…current version is bugged
It’s not just “in the mines” you have to go all the way to the end to get to the entrance to deadmines and be inside it for that button to work if i remember correctly.
It’s a serious pain to try and finish as a single player, as is, given the size mobs you get hit with. They really ought to ditch this whole set up, in my opinion.
yes, it’s really annoying because I’m doing all the right steps yet says I’m not in the deadmines so frustrated I’ve tried multiple times….
I see this area has had issues before. I cannot get the game to “attune” that I am using Nashj’ir. No matter how many I kill, I get no credit. Anybody have any ideas/experience with this? Thanks!
