I’m still finishing up the talent tree so I’m hoping with it being done and rank 15 back i’ll be able to start doing 5 masks. 4 mask org wasn’t too tough but really didn’t push it for the 5 mask. I plan on doing a few 3 masks in SW to finish my quest.
I got my 5-mask achievement for SW today so it’s not impossible, but definitely a lot more difficult. There is not a lot of room for mistakes and you have to play really smart. My earlier 4-mask run was actually worse than my 5-mask one because I messed up a bunch of times.

Haunting shadows and Split personality really should never be together or should never proc together… and they do. I got through a three mask with it and promptly decided I was going to go and be lazy this week. Combos like this when blizz already knows that we absolutely HATE being out of control of our characters when there is danger make me think someone was being deliberately sadistic.
It is doable… but I wouldn’t, I’d wait until leaden foot comes back as the alternate or primary because this is unnecessary and unfun difficulty.

Ditto. Was a bit of a challenge, but still doable. I also messed up my 4 mask run. Forgot to free one of the prisoners from trade district, and didnt realize it until i killed Alleria and only got 4 chests 
Heh, yup. I screwed up my third run so badly that I got nothing out of it. Was talking to someone and forgot to pop a sanity orb before Shaw and I pretty much died on him. I’m a terrible player.

i mean, why? there’s always an opening and you don’t have leaden feet so you can move freely
Also DH can just jump over them.
Was just doing my 5 mask. I cleared everything up to Mage District and then while pulling a faceless and Void Lord I just got one-shotted by Void Crash somehow.
As a DH, you can double jump over the mirror…
this was one of the easiest 5 mask clears ive ever done lol what are you even saying

Stacking debuff that increases shadow damage
Yeah but it happened out of literally nowhere.
It was in the mage quarter area, everything there is hard to see with all the red spores everywhere and eye, the darker tone made the fear circles hard to see on top of popping at the same time as the mirrors, in the very tiny areas where sometime the mirriors don’t even have room to spawn yet still exist. Tiny areas+mirrors+fear= easy loss. It took 2 orbs to get through that, other lost zone pretty much finished us off.
Also, riding up to the mage boss in tower is a nightmare itself, no space for the mirrors to spawn yet they are there and stop you on the pathway.
I solo 5-masked it pretty easily this week tbh. 455 ilvl with cheat death and 2 orbs still available. just pay attention to the split personality opening in case you get the fear at the same time.
I’ll still be attempting it regardless. Only need Stormwind 5-mask run to finish the achievement.
