Seems to me Paladins got the upper hand on this ability. It’s proc is complete utter garbage - who’s using it, who hates it, what do you think of it ?
it’s passive seems to be the only good thing it offers

It’s pretty bad in my opinion, stuff like TCOF and CnS procs way more then VoP. I used this both in PVE and PVP and in PVE it was fun when it randomly proc’d and you get to just kill a mob like its nothing, but in PVP its sometimes sets me up because the enemy thinks you vendetta them and they’ll pop CD’s and you can just pop vendetta again. If you have nothing personal it will proc that which is nice. the cooldown part f*cks with me because sometimes I run BOTE which ruins my rotation.
EDIT: I also think it has an internal cooldown that doesn’t show in the tooltip because after the first proc it wouldn’t proc again for a minute or two.
TL;DR
not as good as the others but its mediocre.
Since I’ve used Vision pretty extensively in pvp, I’ll give my 2 cents here on it for DH and how it’s played.
In PVP the idea is you string vision procs together with demonic windows to have upwards of 85% meta uptime and done right you can have just under a full minute of meta on burst goes. In pvp this translates to insane pressure which can and will force trinkets if done right, however it’s pve usage is no where near as good. The problem with PVE is to get the optimal or highest dps you have to do set rotations such as eyebeam off-cd to get the most of your demonic talent. If you play visions and you happen to get a proc but eyebeam is on CD it can feel really bad in pve as this will offset when your next vision proc will be, as well as you wont be able to extend through eyebeam. In pvp, holding cd’s for setups or goes on a kill target isn’t nearly as punishing as it is in pve, and for that reason alone is why visions sims bad…It’s very inconsistent with procs, and it does have an ICD, but it is invaluable for somewhat consistent burst windows–when played right.
TL;DR Terrible for pve, amazing in pvp
