Hello
I’ve noticed when comparing my protection warrior and my protection paladin that the essence “Vision of Perfection” interacts differently with Avatar and Avenging Wrath. As well as the azerite traits, Bastion of Might (warrior) and Avenger’s Might (Paladin). Both of these traits gives the player an extra amount of mastery whenever Avatar or Avenging Wrath are used respectively.
Firstly, whenever Vision of Perfection procs Avatar, the amount of the mastery you gain from Bastion of Might is only 25% for rank 1 Vision of Perfection, while you gain 35% from rank 2 or higher. However Paladins receive the full amount of mastery from Avenger’s Might whenever Avenging Wrath is procced via Vision of Perfection. This maybe caused by the fact that the duration of these abilities when procced by Vision of perfection’s major is 25% at rank 1 and 35% at rank 2 or higher. However it is odd that Protection Paladins are not affected by this.
Secondly, whenever Avatar is procced from Vision of Perfection, and the warrior is able to use Avatar, instead of extending the duration, the duration is capped to 20 seconds. Which is the standard duration for Avatar. This means that the warrior misses out on 1-5 or 1-7 seconds of Avatar uptime (depending on their essence rank). However for Paladins, they are unable to cast Avenging Wrath if it was procced through Vision of Perfection. Until the duration is over.
Thirdly, in timewalking, Vision of Perfections minor essence is reduced down to 10% cooldown reduction regardless of what your Heart of Azeroth level is at. Meaning it goes from 21% cooldown reduction at neck level 70 down to 10% at neck level 70 whenever you enter a timewalking instance. This is more of a general issue I have encountered.
These issues have been occurring since Operation Mechagon was opened (as this essence comes from there) and I have reported in-game bug reports as well as posts on twitter about these issues. Yet the issue still remains.
An example of the first issue can be seen in the screenshots below

My warrior has a total mastery gain from Bastion of Might of 1350 (two azerite traits that give 675 mastery each)
Now 1350 * 0.35 = 472.5
The first screen shot shows that my mastery from bastion of might is 472. Compare this to the second screen shot which shows that my paladin has a mastery gain of 754. My paladin only has 1 Avenger’s wrath azerite trait.
