Trying to seek some clarification on this.
My Mage completed the LONG quest-line and obtained the staff and afterwards did the Karegos quests to obtain the Visage of Tarecgosa.
Now the question is… even though my Druid has the staff as a transmog AND has almost completed the Karegos Rhapsody in Blue quest-lines… I say ALMOST completed because the quest-line just stopped back at Azure and I’m thinking… is this because my Druid has never completed that LONG staff quest-line that starts in Firelands???
So basically do all applicable alts also need to complete that LONG legendary quest-line in order to gain the Visage of Tarecgosa mount, and if so, that means that it’s not shared between your Warband characters???

From what I remember it’s character only.

You will need to obtain the staff on every character you want to use the Visage mount on. It’s on a per character basis.
Vorrect, you will need to actually have done the long quest to obtain the staff on qhichever character you want to transform.
I don’t know the reasoning behind this, other than player retention.
I wish they would just make it a warband mount, doing the Azure questline would be enough as it takes a couple hours if you didnt do the campagin there

it is per character. I did the DF part on my Druid, but still have to do it on my Mage and Lock. It is not account wide, even just for those characters.
I feel that the only reasoning behind this would be due to the legendary staff.
