So, doing usual raid stuff on Tuesday when I realized I was seeing a more green numbers than usual. Then I realized the entire raid was getting the buff, we have 4 groups with one group with no Dracthyr in it but they were still getting the Visage out of combat regen buff.
Please let this be an intended change.
