Over on the bug forum there are people stating they got the mount, but upon learning it it does not show up in the journal.
Question is, how do you even get it? Is it the 10 job streak? Or is it the Surge Pricing event?
If wowhead is correct, it is doing the car jobs during the surging price event. Some say you need renown 8 for it to have a chance of dropping.

According to Wowhead, you can get it from spamming 10/10 job streaks with renown 8 or the purple chest from the surge pricing event. I’d personally just spam 10/10 jobs.

got it on my first 10/10 job streak after hitting renown 8. This was NOT during a surging price.

Idk how ppl are at renown 8 already. I’m almost there, but not quite.
