Doing a Side Street Sluice (Tier 9), and I died on the boss. He never respawned. I gave it a solid 10 minutes.
I tested again and intentionally died on the boss, and again he failed to respawn. It seems like consistent behavior.
same issue here on a 10 with the delve completely cleared and 3 lives remaining
