Make vile taint a shorter cooldown. It feels terrible to refresh agony on a pack of mobs and then a few seconds later refresh it again with vile taint. This would be like the final thing to make affliction feel really good next patch. Just a casual trying to be lazier plox.
Additionally the damage could be lowered to compensate, and phantom singularity buffed to actually be better in single target.
Shadow’s Shadow Crash feels shorter, but I don’t know the timing offhand.
Even after the “buffs” on PTR, Shadow Priest remains a better dot spec than Affy in every single way except durability.
I brought this up like 2 weeks before the tier set went live but nobody seemed to agree with me that it would be a big deal. 
To me, it would be a minor change that would improve the flow of the spec drastically.
The current two piece bonus is so odd why 5/12 seconds instead of 6/15 seconds which would line up with our MR windows. 30 second PS also might actually mean it could be worth taking at least for single target. Make agony a 24 second duration again and you have yourself a budget shadowcrash.
Vile taint becomes the aoe choice/lazy choice for single target while Phantom Singularity becomes the dps choice for single target and i guess the survivability choice for aoe.
The problem with making it a shorter CD with the way Affliction Tree is and design is currently, it would just be the goto for all situations and almost make you wonder why agony is even binded.
I would be more Okay with it if it was similar to shadows tree where its something you had to talent into and took Vile Taint out the Single Target Build, than i would welcome it but because its a part of the ST build, this would only pigeonhole the talent even further into a mandatory pick than it already is.
Just make ps do more damage to the primary target shrug. Doesn’t seem like rocket science. You don’t press corruption when you use seed so seems logical to me.

Aff is their best spec based on data and logs, and one of the strongest dps going into TWW.

Corruption isn’t solo killing everything within 10seconds so Affliction is bad.
