I unlocked the vile fiend mount and logged off for the night but when I logged back in it was gone. I submitted a ticket and was told to post here on the forum.

Had a similar issue this week, but with a different mount. Had the Dauntless Imperial Lynx drop (and got a screenshot thanks to Rarity). Only to log in today to find it gone.
Also put in a ticket (after trying the suggested tips including a UI reset, however it’s also gone from my mount listings on here) and now just waiting to see.
