Here, I found a better (read: featuring an orc) image for the Vrykul Warhelm:
Iām a big fan of that one, myself. Thereās a PvP plate set from Draenor that has some nice parts, the Warmongering Gladiatorās set. Iāve got parts of it equipped on my warrior:
Iām not 100% sure thatās the right set on Wowhead, since thereās no screenshot, but itās definitely all from the Warlords PvP vendor and is good for fill-in pieces.
Nobility is not as intrinsic to our racial reality, good dwarf, as would be hoped for, but must instead be evidenced in our regular rapport. Ergo, Iāll allow you to adjudicate that aspect in your own careful consideration.
As to your inscrutable inquiry regarding your regal countenance and its burgeoning beard, according to, at least, the Wowhead dressing room, your flowing facial hair should flutter uninhibited. I posit also this screenshot of an alternative race (given Grathokās gregarious nature in providing green-skinned comparisons) for confirmation:
Iām a big fan of the dwarf set, myself, though I kinda like the bartered helm better for the gritty viking look (even though historical vikings never actually wore horned helms), whereas the dwarf setās helm is a grand fit for high-fantasy hole-diggers.
The rest of the armor, though, with the fur fauld, wide belt and hobnailed boots might fit well for other pieces along with the helm, but thatās probably a matter of Thassariusā preference in the end.
This is perfectly put. The helm recommended by my dear Blood Elf poet and exotic linguist is slightly more rusting and hardened, which fits a little more. I need the Heritage Armor though, stop making me jelly please :ā(
Youāll get there, mate; itās well-worth the bother of unlocking, probably my favorite heritage armor after the blood elf one that Calenaur is sporting. I probably went through about six different viking-themed mogs for that warrior I linked earlier, as I went through the levels, because Iād find more bits I liked better or couldnāt equip until higher levels.
Iām pulling for you, weāre all in this together.
Either of these unburnished barriers elicit that exquisite feeling of daunting defense? Northrend dungeons definitely feature a considerable cornucopia of Vrukul/Viking-themed transmog.
Furthermore, a valued resource for finding options is Icy Veinsā transmog database, such as their Shields section:
Something a little fancier but along the same themes is the Ogre Dinner Plate from Bloodmaul Slag Mines:
Depends, I guess, on how, er, ostentatiousThassarius is looking to go. But, given that helmet, I guess, ārugged but visible from spaceā may be the order of the day.
My illustrious and enlightened Blood Elf friend, I had indeed seen those, but fear they may be slightly too small, and would not match the vigorous and stout aura my Dwarf displays.
Grathok, whilst Iād prefer the directly circular design, I must say, that is a simply stunning design I will definitely add to the list!
Thereās another one that I forgot if you want a simpler design (still not a circle, though), the baseline Steelforged Shield:
Or one thatās round that I just saw in the Icy Veins list but have never actually seen before (probably because Iāve never done the Stonetalon quest that rewards it, as itās Alliance-only), the Shield of Control from Scheminā That Sabotage:
No idea how big that one is in comparison to what youāre looking for, but itās rugged and round, so thereās that.
I believe in all honesty I will enjoy an unorthodox design more seeing as Blizz have issues making rounds shields large enough to protect a Dwarfās nose.
I think one of the two you recommended will definitely be it Grathok
Hereās an interesting shieldā¦ itās not so much a viking shield as it is a dwarven shield (it is large enough to protect you fully, while still being roundish):
I actually bought that one yesterday, so, I have it already. Iām now wondering how well a really ācoloredā design would fit the toon now. Let me try it on!
