If you die to DC on official HC it is what it is. There has never been a precedent for “appeals” in any hardcore game ever.
You acknowledge the risk when you agree to play an online Hardcore mode game.

Just be a steamer, get every hardcore death “appealed”. Hardcore has become a joke with all these streamers coming, dying 5 times, then getting them appealed.
