Is there something not stated in the description that I don’t know about? I am unable to use it MOST of the time even after I kill something that gives me xp or an enemy player giving honor.
Should I just pick the talent that allows me to use it anytime I want on a cd? Cause if this ability is going to be this unreliable maybe I will.
Victory Rush is weird. If someone else is fighting something, and you do not get the killing blow, it won’t trigger.
Victory Rush requires you to KILL the target which makes it sort of awkward as a reliable heal.
There are some similar abilities that just require you to damage the boss shortly before its death. Victory Rush isn’t like that unfortunately. You have to apply the actual killing blow.

Victory rush can be extremely useful in wpvp, especially as prot.
Gather up mobs as you fight and if your smart about it you can get it to proc to keep your health bar up.
In terms of the talent I would pick it if the other ones in the row weren’t so vital
