Victory rush needs a buff, its supposed to help with healing but requires you to get the kb. This is pretty much useless in most cases as its not reliable that you will get the kill and 100% impossible on most boss fights. The niche for this ability is so small that it may as well be a dead rune and likely still will be for future phases without a tuning. Why would they chose to use the absolute worst version of the spell when they gave warlocks a free, better and uninterruptible life drain? They already had a healing ability and you just made it 100% better. Warriors have to jump through 10 hoops just to get a 10% heal that instantly gets eaten by a skillsurge from 40 yards away. Its going to be really disappointing going into p2 with this thing still at its current state, that and furious thunder both absolutely terrible runes compared to the rest in their slots and compared to similar runes from other classes i cant believe they made it this far unchanged
it fixes warrior downtime while leveling, a problem from classic with leveling warriors.
Runes should be useful at all points of the game, there’s no reason for that kind of mindset anyways when the level cap is 25. Its a dead rune well before you hit cap

It should heal for 100% of your base health.
The version that has a 30s cooldown but resets when you kill a mob would be better.
We’ll see how easy Enraged Regeneration will be to get. I don’t imagine solo questing will be an issue whatsoever with it and Victory Rush together
ya, it’s not fair that warriors are the top dps… they also need to be the top healers AND have infinite mobility… otherwise it’s still not fair.

Not good enough. It needs to do that, and then give you a 10 second heal over time that ticks for 10% of your max hp per second.

Victory Rush on its own makes a huge difference.
Longer duration hots are better for travel time to the next mob.
Eh, only on a surface level. Sure a 10% heal for each kill sounds nice, but if you’re taking 60% or more of your health in damage from a single mob before it dies (something that will be a very frequent issue for anyone not in BFD gear, as was the case with leveling in phase 1), then it ultimately means nothing

What Warrior doesn’t take first aid? You still have to work around the debuff, you can’t just bandage whenever
And what relevance does cooking have? That’s still stopping to eat between pulls
