Today… at 12:05, the Horde was victorious. And not just victorious but the entire EBG was a pug group. We banded together, and as one we all fought like hell. In what started as an Alliance victory, we quickly communicated, regrouped, and held the line at our keep. Slowly over an hour we drained the reinforcement numbers from the Alliance. Wave after wave of Alliance soldiers poured through the gates.
But the Horde had other plans.
400 Alliance lost their lives this day. Victory was ours.
For the horde!

Good job… if you want to beat a premade, then play like a premade. Ruthless was running his mob on Horde yesterday and we trashed them in AV twice by doing the same thing, just wore them down.

Here is a non negotiable fact.
If your group is not stacked like a premade is with tons of healers and flavor aoe pad it literally does not matter what your strat is.
Eventually you’ll have to make contact with the enemy team and when you do it’ll be a wipe because they have the better comp.
That’s why they never take a Que until it’s giga stacked in their favor as said before actually somebody get sun tzu back in here.

This is the most fun way to win an IoC. Holding your keep when they’ve already broken through and then wearing them down to zero.

That is way more time investment than it should be for what you are going to get for it at the end.
And any competent team will never it happen they’ll just stack hangar quarry and ref with a lot of players and then you’ll just bleed reinforcements.
If the enemy gate dies and they turtle that usually means a full retreat from the rest of the map which should mean a breeze for your team to dominate it. And if the enemy team just allows 1-3 stealthies to dominate the resource nodes and just continue funneling into the team fight then
