So, I will admit, I have only recently decided to dip my toe into PVP. And while I’m having a lot of fun with it, something I really wanted was to grind for Vicious saddles to get mounts. I tried to look online how to do that but a lot of info was a bit contradicting? Could I possibly get a clearer ‘how-to’ from you guys?

Once you have the vicious mount for the current season you then start progressing on getting the saddles to purchase the older seasons’ mounts.
It’s a fill the bar thing.
And how to I acquire said mount?

You gain progress by doing rated PvP above a certain rating (I believe it’s 1000).
okay so rated of any kind?
I believe it’s any rated bracket.

They also use to randomly drop at a low chance in arena wins, I don’t know if they still do or not.
Just queue rated games at 1k rating or higher Any bracket counts, and all brackets are cumulative, so you could play 2s and 3s or just 3s and your time wouldn’t be “wasted” in one bracket over another.
Not sure on the exact number, but there’s probably an add on that will tell you.
You’ll see on the pvp game selection in-game interface where you Q up a seasonal “mount” reward bar. Once that’s filled, you get a seasonal mount. That bar will disappear, but there’s an invisible “bar” that will award saddles you can trade for any previous seasonal mount. Hope that helps!
Lately the actual games played tracker isn’t really working properly and I’ll seemingly randomly get 2 saddles at once, one in my bag and one in the mail. As said, just keep queuing and you’ll eventually get them
The saddles then take over ur bags and you will gain them nonstop with no real way to spend them. Every season you play will be another mount you get and another saddle for the pile.
they should make the saddle non stacking, thatd be real funny

i filled my bar yesterday and got one, checked my mail today and got another? weird surprise but a welcomed one
i miss my non stacking saddles i had like 60ish in my bank was trying to fill it untill they made them stackable
I have, but in WoD I got so many saddles that when I came back I went and bought all the new mounts I missed that have came out
No thank you, i cleared up a lot of space in my bank thanks to that change
This has been happening for a couple expansions now. Great for people trying to catch up and a meh whatever for people who have them all
Hopefully you stick around long enough and find out you like pvp and stay.
Unfortunately blizz does zero to help with the learning curve which is massive and why a lot of people don’t bother.

I started when the Korrak event started and I’m really having fun with the PvP. Gotta say im kinda nervous with arenas cuz idk if I’d be good solo but… It’s something I definitely wanna try on my druid tank
