Does Blizzard just simply not care or play this game anymore? What is going on… I played a few years back and just came back for this expansion and I have never had as bad of responses as I do in submitting tickets now…
2100+ Rating got the vicious skyflayer… I won over 50 games after getting that reward I am at 0% submitted 2 tickets… here’s the response to the 2nd one… AFTER not getting anywhere submitting it as a bug…

Apologies for the delay in a reply, it’s very busy at the moment but we’re working hard on getting that back to normal as soon as possible 
I can understand you’re having an issue with the bar not tracking correctly, we have an article about this on our support site here: (Cant post the link)
If you’ve checked everything there and are sure that your situation isn’t matching whats covered there then a bug report would be needed as the GM team are unable to modify the progress of the PvP tracking or provide any of the rewards.
The best way to get that fixed is to submit bugs directly through the customer support interface (you can also use the forums if you prefer). Here’s how you do that:
1: Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
2: Click Support.
3: Click Submit feedback or bug report.
4: Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
5: Click Submit.
The responses when I played previously were never this bad or cookie cutter. Is there anyway to actually reach a person who plays the game at this point or is it hopeless and this Vicious saddle just staying at 0% for the foreseeable future?

Its going to be 10 days, and nothing, today we got a fix for Preserving Solo quest, but this one still is ignored

This is still an AI reply, no way thats a human. And thats the problem. Back in 2010, 2012, 2014. Open a ticket and guess what REAL PEOPLE whispered you pretty fast and resolved every issue you had.

Hang in the brother, keep posting and reporting. More and more people will get the skyflayer each day and notice the saddle is bugged, hopefully it will reach a tipping point soon. It’s foolish to think theyll give retroactive progress, but a man can dream.

Same Issue here. Got the Veteran of the Horde achievement, but no Vicious Saddle was awarded. I already have the wolf from a previous achievement. Submitted multiple tickets over the course of two months going back and forth. They only told me to report it as a bug and that GMs could not award me the saddle. They even told me that opening further tickets regarding this issue would be closed. I got the achievement when the warbands combined all of my RBG wins, no saddle. On beta it mailed it to my mail box as intended. The GM’s tickets told me they couldnt do anything, which isnt true. They have been able to restore things in the past. I think, and its just a theory but I think the warband feature must have messed something up in the back end.
Wait. IS progress for Vicious Skyflayer/Saddle shared across characters? That’s aweome. I’m only at 80 on one so far so I can’t check

Bumping this up, really would love to pvp and farm saddles this season.

It’s unfortunate but these types of bugs can be very costly for time and effort and most of the time are never fixed.
There are limited devs and dev’s simply aren’t fixing stuff like this and GM’s do not fix really anything anymore.

This is unaceptable in a game that does 56565664 maintences per week, man! Blizzard owes me at leats 2 vicious saddles
I’m not there yet(76% to the mount) but it’s pretty wild seasonal progression is basically non-existent for an entire game mode and it hasn’t been fixed yet. What are they even doing at Blizzard? This can’t be a very difficult thing to fix.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time this expansion I have been halted by a bug. I did not even want the silly flying spider mount so I feel like I have wasted time pvping in solo shuffle.
It does not feel like GM’s play the game, anymore. I’ve gotten no response in days other than the obviously ai generated response.

Pretty sad this still isn’t fixed. I check the hotfixes everyday and am just met with disappointment. Pretty much stopped me from doing PvP as saddles are all i’m doing it for. Hell at this point just make them cost 100 marks of honor or something.

lol i only started all this because theres a few mounts i want that require the saddle. Was having quite a bit of fun as well. That just stopped because i hate doing things for nothing.

Yup, just got my vicious mount and now the vicious saddle bar is locked at 6%. Gave me 6% immediately, and I’ve won enough games to tell it’s not gonna be moving. Please fix this Blizzard, I’ve seen that this has been an issue for weeks now and we’ve gotten nothing but AI responses from you.
Please fix this, it’s been a bug for weeks now.
