Give us credit for the wins, so we can get this saddle.

EDIT: The response from Customer Support

“Customer Support does not have a workaround which can be provided and cannot restore missing progress or rewards…”

In other words:

  1. They know there’s a problem.
  2. Customer service is either not empowered to fix the problem, or has some policy against it.

I didn’t need much more motivation to cancel my sub, but they’re going out of their way to provide it.

:b:lizzard is testing if we really mean it when we say that playing pvp is only worth it when we actually enjoy it or if we’re just virtue signalling in the forums

Speaking of which, I am actually getting credits now. I did not get retroactive credits though.

I’m sure the bug that gives you a second saddle in the mail still exists.

BTW, also turned in a ticket on this so it gets in front of more people.

I don’t want them to. I want them to fix the progress towards the saddle.

Again, this was earned. They need to fulfill Blizzard’s part of the deal.

This is a terribly easy thing to fix.

I’ve been stuck at 10% for a saddle. But with all the bugs to classes, I doubt they will address it. Can I just have my 10% crit from boomkin incarnation? That’s been a bug that hasn’t even been talked about

You’re unlikely to get one.

Progress not being gained was fixed with the anniversary patch.

Chosen of Elune modifies critical chance of balance spells directly, similar to how balance of all things works, rather than giving a flat 10% critical modifier

The issue where progress wasn’t being granted is fixed, so what are you even asking for then if not retroactive credit, ie being handed a saddle.

I’m not looking for them to hand me an item.

I want them to credit us with the progress we earned. They have this information (I do natively in the UI). All they have to do is un- themselves and do it.
