Vicious Saddle mount not progressing, stuck at 0% (IM 1900 rating)

I’m 1900+ rating in RATED BATTLEGROUNDS, currently over 10 wins after i received the season mount (spider) and now my vicious saddle bar is stuck at 0%, even after im winning games. This is a bug for MANY people right now.

Please help, it’s kinda pointless to play if wins are not counting for the mounts.

Having the same issue, it’s been 5 days I haven’t earned any progress on my wins over 1400 and my ticket response keeps getting delayed.

Also having the same issue. Stuck at 47% past 10 wins or so.

Yup, I’m having the same issue - 1900CR in Arena 2s , 1700 in Arena 3s
Been stuck at 50% for 3-4 days.

Are we getting any reponse Blizz?

I got 3 answers from GM telling me they can’t do anything and they sending the complain to devs team. So is this a bug or what is going on?

I wonder what happened to their staffs
I submit a ticket 3 days ago, get a copy-and-paste reply providing a solution I clearly stated I tried and didn’t work.
Send ticket for 2nd time 2 days ago, no response.

Same here, been stuck at 0% after multiple wins. Wonder if it was from the newest hotfix?

Have had the same issue since last Tuesday. They answered my ticket saying they see no actual bug reports from the devs but have received many tickets with the same issue. Unfortunately they said they can’t do anything to update the progress and they hope it is purely a visual thing and our progress is actually being tracked

I’m guessing that this bug is related to the issue of the Statistcs tab being broken/reset and no longer tracking statistics.

It looks like there is a game-wide issue of progress things that have been reset to low numbers and no longer increasing properly.

same problem here. I was at 16% towards the vicious saddle last week and this week wins above 1400 don’t change it

Blizzard, we are still waiting for a reponse, it’s so unfair a lot of us already did 1 or 2 progression bars for vicious sadle and still have not received any because our progress bar is BUGGED

Two days ago I was stuck at 85% and couldn’t increase it, and then when I logged in yesterday my progress was reset to 0%.

Dear blizzard.

I already hit 2100 rating and still 0% progression with my bar.

At least tell us it’s a bug and you acknowledge there’s an issue!! we are waiting and this gets more unfair every day.

Yep same here, stuck at 48% for a week and a half, suddenly progress resets to 0% and get stuck at 15% again.

I’ve been back and forth with the GMs for almost 2 weeks now, it’s ridiculous.

I would have already earned the saddle, but they refuse to reward it and keep closing my tickets.
