Vicious Flask of Honor is wiped when you enter a Skirmish

Despite the tooltip saying “Can be used in all rated and unrated PvP environments,” you can still waste your gold on these flasks that wipe upon entering a skirmish.

Yep, sucks. Feels like an unintended bug.

But it’s PVP so we can expect it to be fixed some time before 2087
