I completed the quest, however the extra action ability hasn’t dissapeared. I have reloaded ui, disabled addons, relogged, reset my computer even, but it seems to be a part of my character now.

Yeah same here, everything I’ve tried and it still up there after about 8hrs.

After some more playing I’ve come to realize that it completely overwrites any new action button. So I can’t complete one of the world quests since the action button never changes from the Vial.

oh hey forums finally realized I have plenty of characters above level 10, Would love for this to be fixed so I don’t miss darkmoon faire quests that require the extra action button. unsure of a macro that works to bypass this very simple bug.
Same. stuck with moonwell water as extra action button.
found this similar problem from around a year ago, just die/fall to your death. Worked for me.

Can confirm that this worked. Flew up and dismounted and when I rezzed the Vial was gone.

Thanks for that, I couldn’t Hatch the egg for the Obsidian hatchling quest because the Vial was taking up my extra action button.
(Macroing the button didn’t work) Had to commit to dying to get it off my screen.
Same Issue, can you please fix this? I cannot progress my character with this bug

Same issue. Death is the answer. And I remembered to take all my gear off before dying (this time - so proud of myself - LOL).
