I just got a character leveled to 70 through Timewalking dungeons and haven’t played Dragonflight before. I’m doing the intro quests to get Dragonflying but I can’t find the quest giver for “Veteran Reinforcements” or Majordomo Selistra on top of the platform. It’s not showing on my map. Can you help?

I believe Majordomo Selistra is the questgiver, and she is in dragon form on top of a tower.
If you need help finding her I could probably log on and give you a hand.
PS: the tower is called “Dragonheart Outpost” on the map.
Thank you! Yeah, she’s missing on top of the tower. I wish I can post screenshots of my character on top of the tower but this message board won’t let me. I guess when you type imgur(dot)com/k8rk6En for one photo and then imgur(dot)com/a/sBKdj4X for the other, you can see what I’m looking at.
