It seems that after the Pre-patch, DKs that could be made on races after Shadowlands launched had the unique passive “Veteran of the Fourth War” replaced with “Veteran of the Third War”.
I always really enjoy the uniqueness that Blizz puts into the little details sometimes, and I understand if it was removed due to technical issues but now I’m just a sad Panda DK with one of my favorite unique flavor texts in the game gone.
