I acquired a handful of season 4 veteran track items on April 25th. These items are not eligible in the catalyst and they should be. This needs to be fixed. While veteran gear is for many temporary pieces of gear, they can help many achieve set bonuses until they acquire a higher item track version of that item.

Ive sent in numerous tickets for this - and all of them have been your typical copy and paste / bot response. From them saying not all gear can be used in the catalyst (even though the same pieces on other characters work). To having me do a UI reset…They aren’t going to do anything unfortunately. They haven’t even acknowledged it’s a bug

For some of us, it’s as high as it goes unless the Champion item is awarded for the Vald weekly quest. So it’s important to us. I have one character that got 2 potential tier pieces the first week only to find them worthless. Seems they can fix the hero and champion ones, but not the veterans.
