I don’t think the end of last season was terribly imbalanced. Some matchups are rock paper scissors and feels unwinnable but overall only a couple things seem broken.
The ladder right now is the most active it’ll be all season. The balance I would rate a 6/10.
What season had 10/10?
s15 had it 10/10

From my understanding, 10/10s don’t exist. 10/10 means perfect and imo, there has never been a season with 0 faults.
