Hello there, my guild Snackrifice might be a good fit for you.
Snackrifice was formed towards the end of Dragonflight with a husband and wife team followed by some friends we had encountered during our journey through WoW. The guild focuses on wanting to build friendships together that will last outside of wow, but as well as tackle any raid and M+ content that is thrown at us.
Our goals for each season is getting AoTC for each raid, as well as pushing as far as we can in mythic raiding (but mythic raiding is not a top priority for us). Also pushing for keystone master/hero/legend as a guild as most of us got 3k or higher for season 2 of TWW.
Our raid days are Thursday and Fridays from 7pm to 9:30pm CST. And we do m+ throughout the week when we get enough players.
We are actively seeking like-minded people who want to hang out drink/smoke during raid nights, want to grow as a community and potentially have lasting friendships. Currently accepting all roles and experience to help fill our raid slots so we can continue pushing higher end content as a guild.

If you are interested in a “later in the evening” active and social, you may enjoy a guild like ours — small, close knit, but fun! I run this guild with my husband as my Co-GM. However, we are a Pacific Time based guild and it seems there is a shortage of guilds on that coast, but it does suit some MST/CST/EST players that work second shift, have spouse/kids to tend to, or simply are night owls. Currently we have roughly ~100 active members that make up roughly about ~330 characters (some are admitted altoholics!).
If raiding is what you’re looking for, we have two teams — a Mythic CE team and a Heroic AOTC team. The Mythic raiding team, Olympians, runs on TUE/THUR from 8 PM to 11 PM Pacific, which is pretty serious about raiding and inching closer to CE. Obviously that has pretty strict requirements to join, but we also are very cognizant of adult responsibilities and can pull from our Heroic team if real life smacks you in the face, as it often does. Our Heroic raiding team, Prophets, runs on WED/FRI from 8 PM to 11 PM Pacific, and they’re much more easy going and laid back in their atmosphere (Flex raids allow for that much better!). Right now we’re looking to start to build a healthy bench for these raid teams as well, which helps those with limited time to access that content on the occasion they are needed to fill spots.
Aside from raiding, we constantly run delves and dungeons and there are several M+ runners and M+ static teams, as well as PvP teams, in our guild to go through that journey. We intend to be ACTIVE throughout the entirety of the seasons of content. We are also a social guild and encourage everyone to participate in Discord (our guild chat isn’t as active admittedly, as is with most guilds) which is our main hub for all our events! We host things like Cards Against Humanity, Truth or Dare, Pictionary, or TV/Movie watch parties too! There is always a few folks sitting in Discord to chat with too (mostly afternoons and evenings of course cuz we’re adults and work!), but not so many that it overwhelms.

What we are looking for?
Raiders that know their class, understand that standing in (Fire, acid, voids, spikes, DEATH HOLEs, ect…) is not conducive to staying alive. Folks that have a good attitude and a drive to progress!
History:
We have been around since The Burning Crusade in 2007, Many Dragons have been punched and many long lasting friends have been made.
We have had the same raid schedule from the start, we value and respect our raiders time. So we only raid 2 hours a night, and expect our team to be logged in consumes in hand and ready to pull on time.
We have a lot fun with each other while keeping it above bar when it comes to discrimination. This guild has become more than just a group of friends playing a game and more of a family. Do we rib each other? Of course!
That being said we have minimal drama and this Train keeps on moving down the track.
We always accept outstanding players who fit the guild.

If you haven’t found a home yet, I hope you will consider the Tyrrish Rebellion as your new home! Our mission is to be a Social Raiding Guild. We are focused on creating a laid-back fun & safe environment with organized guild content to support groups, community expansion and respect to all members.
Currently we are looking for some dps and a healer or a flex healer! There is space for you! We have cleared normal, want to do some Meta achievements. We also are currently working on AOTC, however we will not be hardcore pushing for it. If we get it, great! If not, we will find other fun things to do! Right now we are 7/8!
