Vestige of Origins on Alt

Has anyone tried to get Vestige of Origins on alt for crafting? So I finally got honored Death’s Advance, nothing at Duchess Mynx, Got renown 45, still nothing, Got a quest Tazavesh: Raiders of the Lost Artifact - kill last boss, rewards was anima, but no Tome of Origins. Already got the Vestige on my main learned, but merchant not selling. Shut up and take my stygia! lol

I dont know what else to do, I didnt get the Untangling the Sigil quest as stated here either: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/292070

Its a quest reward from the week 2 campaign missions

yeah, its a quest reward for rescuing the Primus. Basically the last step of this week’s campaign quest. So it wouldn’t be on a vendor
