Multistrike had the opportunity to be awesome, IF the secondary hit(s) could proc on hit effects and class procs. But they specifically could not, so it was boring.

That is what I was thinking could be fun about it. It really was similar to a crit though, I’m guessing they got rid of it because of PvP balance. Getting a multi strike + crits on both could create some crazy burst situations

Well, if we want to be fair, that was the class fantasy functionality of Elemental Shaman.
