No portal in sinfall from Oribos like it says we are suppose to get. No broken mirrors in revendreth to fix. Is this feature time gated? There is zero information on wowhead or any other 3rd party website and google only shows people during beta saying this was bugged. I’ve wasted hours running all over revendreth to find mirrors to no reward.
Laurent is apparently supposed to give you the quests to unlock the portals once that upgrade has finished researching.
Is he unlocked for your Venthyr-aligned character?

I have chapters 7/9 done(as much as you can). I found another forum thread stating you need to be renowned 20 to get the next chapter because I, like many other people, are seeing “Rescue Laurent from the Ember Ward to continue the campaign.” People are saying this is a text bug, I have no idea myself.
