Assuming this is a bug, but Upgrading to level 3 mirror network does not give a portal to Oribos like the other Covenants do.
May want to look into that.

This has been a bug during literally the entire beta, and was reported on a daily basis, yet was allowed to go live. Hopefully this is fixed soon. Here is a thread discussing the matter: Venthyr Level 3 Mirror Network - Oribos Portal?
