Only want to rank one up to six. Is signet of tormented kings my only middle of the road option? I tried exploiter in the raid but its pretty underwhelming and not on demand use when you cant condemn. If you use signet in a raid is the trick to cancel bladestorm on single targets and just use the second buff it grants on regular overpower and condemn and mortal strike hits?
For Arms, you should run Enduring Blow as your only legendary if you’re just picking one.
