My Mantle of the Dark Blades cannot be mogged no matter what I try. I am looking at it in my bank. It says ‘cosmetic’. I mogged it ALL of last Xpac and now first login of Dragonflight I cannot mog it? It just makes the sound but nothing happens and my cloak appearance doesn’t change. Please halp
