Venth Outlaw PVP Rotation questions

Running 1/1/2/2/3/3/3 with Niya so can’t pre-SnD off MfD. Here’s where I feel the opening/burst rotation goes, but I am looking for feedback and thoughts!

Run Take your Cut and Roll right before opening.

Cheap shot, Flag, Dreadblades, SS, SnD, SS, Kidney, SS, Dispatch, SS, Dispatch then go normal rotation (likely gouge, let energy fill, then hit adren rush and have second go hopefully lining up with Niya proc)?

Now, do we sneak a Plunder Armor in there for another GCD used or run Control is King and skip it and gain a GCD not having to dump adren rush into that opener too (I am worried about GCD counts since Dread is only 10 sec).

Or maybe forget SnD until after the opening since it takes burst away from missing a dispatch?

I know there are literally dozens! of us total, but for the few, just wondering what your thoughts were.

Outlaw PVP is trash and blizz doesn’t care about it at all.

Tosan is an outlaw Rogue up there in the I think 2800 range. He has some videos on his youtube channel maybe that will help you out.
