The venomous pool debuff from the Renferal boss area in Emerald Nightmare can get stuck on your character and you take massive damage even though you are not standing in or near a pool, and in some cases there are no pools at all as they have all despawned. It happened to me yesterday and another player today.

It has happened to me every time I’ve run that raid. Getting 1+ million damage per whatever sucks, cause a lot of times, healers aren’t healing and you just die.
