Has anyone else ran into the issue when they use Vengeful Retreat they jump forward instead of backwards?

That’s happening to me today, when it was not happening before (I was playing just last night). I only just started playing WoW again about a month ago, and have not had this problem with Vengeful Retreat until today.
Now, every time I use it, it functions as a forward flip. It’s very disorienting, lol.
